Racer Registration
Get ready for the Oregon high school ski racing season. This page covers the registration process, eligibility requirements, participation fees, and other requirements for OSSA racers and their families.
New racers should start by contacting their high school coach or team representative. Your coach can confirm team eligibility, explain school-specific requirements and fees, and provide information about practices and the upcoming season.
Before beginning online registration, families should also be aware of the following requirements:
Sports Physical
Racers must have a current sports physical on file with their high school athletic department. Sports physicals are required every two years, and coaches will confirm completion before dryland training.
SWAY Testing
Baseline SWAY testing is required every two years. OSSA communicates available testing opportunities through St. Charles Medical Center and athletic trainers.
Before You Register
Register with your High School Team
Start with your high school coach or team representative. They will explain team requirements, practice expectations, school eligibility, and any school-specific athletic forms or fees.
Contact Your Team →Complete OSSA Registration
Create or log into your family’s AdminSports account, add your racer, select their high school, complete the required waivers, and finish checkout. Parents who plan to volunteer can also register through the same Family account.
OSSA Registration →OISRA Registration — High School Racers Only
High school racers must complete OISRA registration to participate in OSSA competition. During registration, select your correct high school to ensure you are placed on the appropriate team roster. Provisional and middle school racers do not need to complete OISRA registration.
Registration Deadline: OISRA registration must be completed by December 6. Registrations submitted after this date will be subject to a late fee.
Central League Racers: Use coupon code CENTRAL2027 during OISRA checkout. Your OISRA registration fee is included in your OSSA league fee, so you should not pay this fee a second time.
